Our good friends Ryan and Tara just announced that they are expecting their first child! This is great news and we are so happy for them! The due date is June 25 which is also their wedding anniversary! Talk about meant to be! Lots of friends are having babies and were are SO happy for them all!

Addy's new Trick

Addy has learned that if she climbs up on her Little Mermaid ride that she can balance while holding the steering wheel. She is our little climber lately. She climbs on everything. She got this Mickey Mouse chair from Uncle Bryan for her birthday and tries to climb on that, but mostly she will just sit and watch TV in it. It is the cutest thing ever. Well today was my last day of the week of work. I thought today was going to be bad because Addy was going to have to be with me the whole time, but it actually worked out pretty nice and she even fell asleep the last 45 min of being in there with me. I was grateful that it went smoothly. Sometimes it can get pretty crazy in there. I am very thankful that I found this job. Tomorrow we are headed to a craft show with my mom. It should be a good time and probably our last Craft show of the year.

Thanksgiving Week

We had a really great holiday. Jay's mom came down Wednesday night and brought Addy a new dress that she got to wear on Thanksgiving and also some other goodies. Thursday we celebrated Thanksgiving at my Aunts house. It turned out to be a pretty nice day. The rest of the weekend was pretty much spent shopping and spending time with family. We did our traditional tree decorating at my parents house on Saturday night and ordered pizza like we always do. It was fun seeing Addy around the christmas tree and trying to help Grandpa. She got a little cold as well and we hated seeing her like that. Luckily it looks like she is getting better. Thank goodness because I hated seeing her sick. Hope everyone had a great holiday weekend!

New job for Jen

Well I had my first day of work at a new job. I am working at the fitness club by our house in the daycare center. The great thing is I am able to bring Addy to work with me. This is the best opportunity ever. It isn't a full time thing, but every little bit helps. My first day was really good and tomorrow I will take Addy with me. I think she will like playing with other kids. I am excited about this great opportunity!

Happy 15 months to Addison

We can hardly believe our little girl is 15 months. My how the time flies. We had a very busy day today. We went to my cousin's baby shower. She is having a girl. It was fun to see the whole family and to get Addy together with her other cousins Spencer and Olivia. Spencer is almost 10 months and Olivia is almost 4 months old. They are both so cute and it was fun seeing them all together. It is hard to try to get a picture of all of them especially when all Addy wants to do is run and run around. I can hardly believe Thanksgiving is this week. Time flies.

Is that Screech from Saved by The Bell?

Yes it is, although sure doesn't act like Screech. So Jay and I went to Zanies Comedy Club last night and saw Dustin Diamond. Let's just say when we picked up our tickets the women at the box office goes just so you know, his show is very R rated! We are like ok yeah we know. So then they get ready to seat us and they ask us if we would like the table up front or one row back. Jay speaks up and says we would like the one up front. Ok so here we are in the first row of tables sitting at the center table. I was a little nervous since being up on stage usually the performers go to the front row people to make comments. I was half right.
They had two other people on before him that were pretty good and then when they announced him it was so surreal to see Screech from SBTB standing in front of me. First of all he starts of the show swearing and he says you are all probably thinking Screech said F$#& and guess what I will say it again. He made a couple of SBTB references. It was amusing for me since I was a HUGE SBTB fan. I think all and all it was a great experience. He was very entertaining and left us laughing so hard so that is the whole point of going to a comedy club? At one point he looks down to me and said you are a pretty good looking girl...I was like did Screech just say that? Ha another surreal moment. Anyway I am glad Jay suggested it and if I had the chance to see him again, I probably would. So if any of you ever have the chance to see him I would say do it. Come out it is a once in a lifetime experience to see Screech up close.
