Visit with Santa

I think the pictures say it all!

Night with Friends

This past Saturday we went to our friend Jonna and Shad's house for our Christmas party with the kids. The cool thing about it is Jonna, Katie and I all had girls friends that are right around the same age and this year we all had boys. The girls played so well together. I was so impressed how well they played and got along. The boys still have some catching up to do, but they were cute as ever. Here are some pictures of our night!

Swimming Lessons

Addy has been doing swimming lessons again and she just had her last swimming lesson this past weekend. She loved every minute of it. Grandpa came with to cheer Addy on and hang out with Austen. Check out the pictures!

Where did my little girl go?

Austen is 11 months

Our little boy is almost 1. This year has seriously flown by. We are so blessed to have Austen as our son. He is amazing and keeps us on our toes for sure.

Chicago

Jay surprised with a day in the city this past Sunday. We took the train to the city and he surprised me and we ate lunch in the Walnut Room. It was so fun and amazing since I had never been there. It was a real treat for sure. After we had lunch we walked around a little bit and then went to see The Nutcracker at a local theater in the city. It was a great day and I love him for planning such a fun day. Also a big thanks to my parents for watching the kids for us!

Mommy's Little Cookie Taster and Baker

Last week Addy and I have fun making Christmas cookies. She really got into it this year and it was fun for me and her to have something we did just the two of us. She also loved tasting them too. Enjoy the pics!

Tree Lighting in Huntley

Tonight we went to the Tree Lighting in Huntley and Santa came to town. Addy was just so excited to be outside and to play in the snow. Santa walked right past us. Addy was more excited until he came by and then she hid behind me. Enjoy the pictures!

Craft shows

This past Friday my mom and I decided it would be fun to take the kids on the train to a craft show in Arlington Park. Well the idea was good, Addy LOVED the train, she couldn't have been more excited if she tried. Here are some pictures I got from our interesting Friday.

Playdate with Isla

My good friend Lara came over the other day and Addison had so much fun playing with Isla. The girls had so much fun together. They even wanted to eat lunch together. I hope we can see them real soon!

Let it Snow....

Addy and Austen loved looking out the window as the snow fell down. I love this picture!

Happy Holidays!

I love how this looks....we are so blessed.
