Balloon Release

Jay and I decided that we would release balloons for Jayden. We thought it would be good to get Addison and Austen involved and let them write/draw their own messages to Jayden. Austen decided to draw a T-Rex. We went to VA which was perfect in the middle of an open field to release the balloons and celebrate our sweet boy. My parents and sister and her fiancé came along as well. My dad was able take the pictures and they turned out amazing! Please check out some of those amazing pictures!

Pregnancy

I am so blessed to be pregnant for the 3rd time! I am feeling great and besides being a little tired here and there, I am great! I have some updated pictures of my belly! I love watching my belly grow and having the kids tell me how much bigger my belly is getting. The kids are very excited for the arrival, even though they have to wait forever.."Addison's words". Addison already decided that we are having a girl and her name will be Avery and Austen wants a boy and the name will either be called Austen or Chase. Ha, I guess we will see. Everyone can not believe that we are not finding out the sex before. There are not enough surprises in life Jay and I have decided. :)

I can not believe the time is almost here to meet the newest addition to our family! We are very excited and are getting ready!

33 Weeks

This past week Jay surprised me with ordering me a holiday maternity shirt. Anyone who knows me knows how much I love this holiday and love wearing christmas shirts. I tried on some of the regular ones I had and of course they weren't fitting right. I was pleased when I went to get the mail that there was a cute maternity holiday shirt in there. I was so excited. So of course I had to wear it to take my belly picture. I love it! Thanks Jay you are the best!

31 Weeks and counting

I can not believe I am almost 32 weeks. My doctor appointments are already every 2 weeks and pretty soon I will be going every week. We feel truly blessed that all this is happening for us. I am also very blessed for my job opportunity and how I was able to get promoted to this new position. Also not only that, but that my manager had so much trust in me to want me for this position. I will be taking some maternity leave when the baby comes , but she knew she would be losing me for a couple of months and still had her total faith in me that I am the best person for the job. I look forward to what a great opportunity this brings for me. I can not believe it is almost Thanksgiving, just a couple weeks will be Christmas, then our little baby will be here! We are so excited to meet our new little addition to our family!

New Pictures

I haven't posted in a little bit. Times sure have been crazier lately. I recently got a little promotion at work that hasn't totally happened yet. I am the new Childcare Evening Leader at my job. I will be working 4 nights a week and every other Saturday. Although since we are short with the morning staff, my manager is needing to hire someone to take my shift before I can move over. Let's hope they find someone soon. I have been able to work Tuesdays and Thursdays doing the leader position in the morning since the Day Leader doesn't work those days and will start my Saturdays this weekend. I am just really anxious to start my new position and learn from this great opportunity!

Also I knew this second pregnancy would be different from my first, but I am definitely getting tired more quickly lately. I have realized that doing simple things like just walking up the stairs is a lot harder than it used to be, by the time I get to the top I am so exhausted. Believe me I am forever blessed being pregnant and I can't wait to meet our new little addition in January. We still have a lot to do to get ready for baby #2 and with the holidays coming up I know the time will just fly by. I can hardly believe that in 10 weeks we will be meeting our new baby! I have added some new pictures of Addison. We go to church every Sunday and she loves going and thanks to my mom I have picked up some pretty cute dresses for her so she always looks cute! Fit Mama

I have been trying to do some sort of workout with this pregnancy like I did when I was pregnant with Addison. When I was pregnant the first time I did Fit Mama DVD and it was great to do every day because it was just something little to do. Well I tried to pull it out today to do with Addy and it was interesting to say the least. First Addy was doing it with me and then she just wanted to hang on me, oh how times have changed. I guess I will try to do the DVD at night when she is in bed.

Pregnant with Baby #2

Life is sure different this time around being pregnant. I am of course loving every minute of it, feeling the baby move is one of the most magical things about being pregnant. I feel like Addison is at a great age for Baby #2 to come around, she is already talking to the baby and says she is ready to be my big helper. This time around though I am more tired and trying to keep up with everything around the house sure is tough. If I could hire a cleaning lady I so would. I just feel like I am doing the best I can with being pregnant and having a 3 year old. I will try to update this more on a regular basis.
