Vacation Bible School

This past week Addy has participated in Vacation Bible School at the same place she will be going to preschool this year. She had a blast and it was a really cute program! Here are some pictures I got from her week!

Happy Birthday Bryan!!!!

We want to wish my brother Bryan a VERY Happy Birthday! He is the best brother that anyone could ever ask for. He is the greatest Uncle and Godfather to Addy and Austen. He always knows how to make them laugh and smile. We hope he has a wonderful birthday and look forward in celebrating with him tomorrow. Happy Birthday Bry! We love you!

Austen is 18 months old

I can hardly believe Austen is 18 months. Time is flying so fast. He is now walking and running everywhere and so excited about it. He is really talking too. He loves to do animal sounds or call for our cats. He really takes in a lot from just watching Addy. He is loving being at my work so much more now that he can walk all over and chase the other kids. Tomorrow we go for his checkup so we will see how much he has grown. He looks so much older just now that he is walking now. He loves cars, trains, dinosaurs, Mickey, Elmo and pretty much any other boy thing.He is such a happy boy and we are so blessed to have him. Check out these pictures I took the other day.

Yoga Camp

This past week Addy was able to go to a camp at my work. It was Yoga and Swim Camp and she loved it! Here are some pictures of her getting ready for the camp!

Ironman

This past weekend Jay participated in the Half Ironman in Racine and he did amazing. He finished everything in a little over 6 hours. We are so proud of him!!! Check out the pictures from this amazing day!

Day in the City

On Sunday we went to the city to go to lunch and visit with my sister Em. Addy and Austen were both excited to take the train and go for a nice lunch at Rainforest Cafe. Check out our pictures from the day!

BBQ with Friends

This past Saturday we had the Kearns family over. We have really gotten closer to them and always have so much fun when they are around. Megan and I try to do playdates with the kids at least once a week if it works out. Megan and I also try to go out just the girls sometimes as well...us moms need it. Our next outing we hope we can get the 4 of us to go out with no kids! Check out the pictures from our fun BBQ!

4th of July Weekend

We had a very busy, but fun 4th of July weekend! We went to the festival in Crystal Lake where Addy got to ride 3 rides and then told me it wasn't a festival it was actually a carnival. Too cute, my 4 year old is correcting me. We also went to the pool at HealthBridge and the kids had a blast. Sunday we went to my parents for a BBQ and got to spend some time with Nana and Papa as well. The weather was so nice all weekend.

Austen has been walking more and more lately and is too cute when he does walk. If I can manage to get it on video I will. Another big news is we started shopping for a bigger car and believe or not we decided on a van, a mini-van to be exact. I never thought in a million years I would be the mom with a mini-van, but I can tell you as we are finalizing everything that I LOVE it!
