Happy Halloween!

Jay and I are headed to a wedding this weekend in Iowa while Addy will be trick or treating with Nonna, Grandpa and Zia(my sister). We will miss her terribly. It is hard for us to be away from her especially because she is really going to love trick or treating. Although I know next year will be even better! Hope everyone has a great Halloween and a special Happy 1st Halloween to Dylan Broich, Finn Anderson, Owen Battershield, Isla Mclellan,Kate Prairie , Laila Faivre, Ethan Hunt, and Claire Morris!!

We had a playdate today with my friend Natalie and her kids Keira and Owen. It was so good to see them. It had been so long. Addy and Keira had lots of fun and Owen is an angel. Enjoy the pics of the silly girls!

Weekend

We had a pretty busy weekend. Jay and I had a Halloween party Saturday night so Addy stayed at Nonna and Grandpas house. Then Sunday we went to the Pumpkin Festival downtown Dekalb with my mom, Aunt Karen, Uncle Charlie and my cousins Jessica, Stacy,Stacy's husband Kris and son Spencer. Addy had a lot of fun with Spencer. Aunt Karen has a room in her house just for Spencer so Addy loved playing with all those toys. My Aunt Theresa came over for a little bit before the parade with my other cousins Haley, Jamie and his wife Margaret and their daughter Laila. We tried getting pictures of the 3 of them. New Job

So I started a new job this past week. I am now working at the new Healthbridge in Huntley in the childcare area and it is so nice. Addy loves it there and there are a total of 6 people working at the same time. This is something that I am so not used to since the last place I worked at I was the only one in the childcare. The daycare is more like a preschool for Addy. We do arts and crafts, story time, song time and snack time. The bonus is there are NO TV at all. Addy is so active it is great and she never wants to leave this place. I am very happy with this job so far and I am looking forward to learning more. I am really blessed that I have this job and it allows me to still spend time with Addy.

Weekend

We went to Addy's friend Evie's 2nd birthday party on Saturday night. It was a great party. Evie had a ball pit that was a huge hit for Addison. Since the party was so close to Halloween all the kids were in their Halloween costumes. It was so cute to see all the kids. I only got a couple of pictures. Enjoy!

We had an amazing time at Disney. It will forever be in my memory. I will remember forever the first time Addy saw the Mickey. Some other of Addy's favorites were the following:

-Any type of water fountains or anything she can run thru

Parents Weekend at Iowa State

This past weekend we went to surprise my brother at Iowa State for parents weekend with my family. Addy had a blast and was stylin in her Iowa State Cheerleading outfit that Uncle Bryan got her for her birthday. We also got to see Jay's mom and grandma.
